STORE POLICIES

note: due to this being our first official launch, stock is extremely limited. we're planning another drop soon, follow our instagram to receive updates!

payment 

as four teenagers with limited mobility and financing, we run a small and fairly simple business. at this time, we do not have the ability to accept payment directly through our website. we are currently registering orders through a google form.

​from there, you will be able to pay through venmo. local buyers have the option to pay with cash.

we understand this may make purchasing difficult for some. we are always available by email and through dms on instagram to address any concerns you may have.

 

while we regret we cannot make the payment process more streamlined, we appreciate your understanding of our circumstances. as we grow, we will continue to search for the best way to make payment easy and efficient for everybody.

how ordering and delivery works

after completing the form, you will receive a confirmation dm on instagram within 48 hours. if the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by dm.

payment:

those who intend to pay through venmo will receive a request for payment. you will be given 24 hours to pay before your order is cancelled.

for those who intend to pay by cash, a drop off time will be arranged through dms.

delivery:

 delivery will vary depending on location. you will get an estimated delivery time with your confirmation dm. local buyers will receive their hat by drop off. all other deliveries are shipped through usps. you will be notified by

donations

donations are accepted and encouraged. while a portion of profit goes towards covering manufacturing and delivery costs, all personal donations will go directly towards our collective donation to unicef.
